We are excited to announce that we have a Pastry Chef role available in our Central Production Kitchen in Newcastle!

We are currently looking to recruit for the below contract:

 

1 x 40 hours per week - Permanent Contract - £24,116 p/a with gross annual earnings up to £24,716

 

About the Opportunity

 

Our Pastry Team supports the production of a consistently high standard of patisserie, contributing to a fantastic customer experience. With exceptional attention to detail, the team is passionate about creating exciting and innovative new products to showcase to our customers.

 

Our Pastry Chefs play a crucial role in the kitchen teams, crafting exceptional baked goods and maintaining consistently high food quality standards.

  • A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food.
  • A proven track record in working with Pastry.
  • Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
  • Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
