We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Fenwick!  

 

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, specialising in Paid Search and Affiliate Marketing, you will be a key contributor to our business success, supporting the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in implementing and optimising strategic campaigns. This role demands a data-driven marketer with a passion for paid search and affiliate strategies, contributing to our overall performance marketing goals.  

 

We offer a salary of approximately £33,000 per annum, dependant on experience.  

 

More about our Performance Marketing Specialist role‿ 

  • Manage and nurture relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic and conversions. Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies, including commission structures and promotional activities.  

 

  • Work with our agency partners to execute and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels. Ensure agencies are up-to-date on the upcoming calendar for Fenwick and have the correct assets and copy to maximise ROAS and CPAs.  

 

  • Utilise analytics tools to analyse performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Work closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to adjust strategies based on data-driven findings.  

 

  • Assist in managing and optimising marketing budgets, making data-driven decisions to achieve maximum efficiency and results.  

 

  • Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and providing insights into campaign performance. Present findings to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.  

 

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for continuous improvement.  

 

About You

You will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid search and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and a sound technical proficiency including familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms. Experience with tracking tools and analytics platforms. Posses strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. A collaborative communicator who works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
