We offer hybrid working between your home and our brand-new offices in Wigmore Street, Central London, offering a collaborative and innovative working space. Please note: Some travel to our Brent Cross store is essential as part of this role!

We offer a salary of up to 24k dependant on experience.

  

So, more about our Product Lifecyle Coordinator role…

 

As part of the Digital Product Lifecycle Team, you will manage the Product enrichment and loading process which is key to the success of our digital business. You will ensure product is loaded speedily, efficiently and with all the information required to give customers everything they need to know and maximise our sales.

 

You will write product descriptions, set and maintain product attributes, set up categories and maintain our product catalogue working closely with our Photo Studio, Trading Team, brands & Buying Teams to source assets & product information.

  

What we are looking for in a candidate…

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships and thrive working as a team
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently at pace to a very high standard, managing workload to strict deadlines.
  • Able to work collaboratively and proactively to meet challenging deadlines
  • Great communication skills, able to articulate well to all levels of the business, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with all relevant data, updates and insights.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Agility PIM, DAM and Salesforce Commerce Cloud all advantageous
