We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Administrator to join our Store Operations team in Fenwick Kingston!
About the role
Our Retail Operations team play a pivotal role in the store, owning, and coordinating our processes and procedures. You will work collaboratively to ensure all our teams are supported daily; whilst you may not be customer-facing, your role is vitally important for our store’s success!

- An enthusiasm for working in a premium retail environment (Essential)
- Experience of working within an administrative role (Desirable)
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, even if indirectly
- Highly organised, IT literate, and comfortable with using various systems
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
