This role will be working within our biggest menswear brand section in Fenwick Kingston, Ralph Lauren and with the brand expanding even more for our Autumn/Winter shop refit there has never been a more exciting time to join. Working and driving a team of six colleagues to achieve the best hospitality along with an annual increase in turnover of 20%, this is the perfect opportunity for a Menswear specialist to join and showcase their talent.
About the role
Our Sales Consultants are our product experts in-store. Working to assist the Sales Manager, you will work alongside and your team coaching and developing them whilst role modelling excellence to surprise and delight our customers.
As the Sales Consultant, you will ensure all customer queries are handled effectively whilst coaching and developing the team and leading the pack with your knowledge. You will work with pride and passion to drive productivity and sales. You will take ownership of all things menswear.

- Experience in a senior sales or similar role/business (essential)
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- A strong interest in Fenwick and the brands we sell
