Then we have a fantastic opportunity as a Sous Chef in our brand new hospitality offering in Newcastle opening late August!
Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance. From writing and costing menus, to managing a warm and friendly team, we want our Sous Chefs to be able to run the kitchen in the absence of our Head Chefs to give our customers the best level of service and consistency.

Is it right for me?
Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant, preparing food from scratch and working with fresh ingredients is essential. You need to passionate about food with an aptitude for learning. You will be aware of new food trends and will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
You must also be a clear and concise communicator to be able to build a rapport with junior members of the team and front of house colleagues. Being able to teach and support our teams is paramount to a successful restaurant & kitchen team. If you are successful, you will start with us as soon as you can.
