We are also looking to recruit a Sous Chef for a fantastic 3 month fixed-term opportunity in restaurant Hjem by Fenwick!

1 x 40 hours per week - Permanent Contract - The Terrace (£24,116)
1 x 40 hours per week - 3 month FTC - Hjem (£6,029) + service charge (tronc)

Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.
Please note that The Terrace Restaurant is not eligible for Service Charge.

- Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- Preparing food from scratch and working with fresh ingredients
- Passionate about food with an aptitude for learning
- Aware of new food trends and strive to meet a meticulous standard
- Clear and concise communicator to be able to build a rapport with junior members of the team and front of house colleagues
