Or perhaps you’re an experienced and aspirational Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your career? Then we have a permanent role available in our Terrace restaurant that might be the next step in your culinary career!

 

 

We are also looking to recruit a Sous Chef for a fantastic 2 month fixed-term opportunity in restaurant Hjem by Fenwick!

 

 

1 x 45 hours per week - permanent contract - The Terrace

1 x 45 hours per week - 2 month FTC - Hjem (£6,029) + service charge (tronc)

 

Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.

 

Please note that roles in The Terrace are not eligible for service charge.

Is it right for me?

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant
  • Preparing food from scratch and working with fresh ingredients
  • Passionate about food with an aptitude for learning
  • Aware of new food trends and strive to meet a meticulous standard
  • Clear and concise communicator to be able to build a rapport with junior members of the team and front of house colleagues
  • Able to teach and support teams - forging a positive and progressive work culture
