We have an exciting and unique opportunity to join our People Team as a Talent Coordinator. Supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will play a crucial role, ensuring the day-to-day administration and smooth running of all learning & development programmes and initiatives across Fenwick. This is a varied role, coordinating the full learning cycle of projects, which provide colleagues with the skills and knowledge to grow in their roles and contribute towards our business goals. Post-implementation, you will provide support with evaluation, feedback and continuous improvement. During our Peak periods you will also have the opportunity to flex across to the Talent Acquisition team to support with volume recruitment. Working with relevant stakeholders across the business, you will represent the L&D team as the first point of contact internally and provide guidance to colleagues and managers.

We offer a salary of £24,810 p/a, for this role.
Key Accountabilities of our Talent Coordinator role…
- Manage the administration of L&D initiatives such as our Manager Academy and Fenwick Impressions programmes.
* Coordinate with relevant operational stakeholders to develop and maintain training courses and guides for the specialist business systems used across Fenwick.
Represent L&D as a first point of contact internally and provide L&D advice and guidance to colleagues, escalating queries as required.
Implement learning evaluations to measure business impact and quality of training, responding to evaluation outcomes to improve interventions.
Provide reports, statistics, and analysis of L&D activity to the People team and key stakeholders within the business.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of outstanding learning experiences.
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops.
Co-create blended learning programmes and interventions aligned to business needs, working with the L&D Partner.
Work closely with the L&D team and wider People team to embed a learning culture across the business.
Flex across the Talent team during peak periods to support the Talent Acquisition Team as required e.g. volume recruitment.
What we are looking for in a candidate‿
Some foundational knowledge of learning theories, models and approaches (desirable)
Proactive and solution focussed with experience in a fast-paced environment.
Commercially aware.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
Competence in using Management Information Systems/HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning (desirable).
Genuine interest in learning experience best practice.
