As a key member of the Digital Product Lifecycle Team, you will oversee the product editorial and upload process, which is essential to the success of our digital business. You will ensure that products are uploaded swiftly, accurately, and with all necessary information to provide customers with everything they need to make informed purchasing decisions, ultimately driving sales.
Working closely with the Photostudio, Digital Trading Team, brands, and Buying Teams, you will write compelling product descriptions, validate product attributes, establish product categories, and maintain the product catalogue.
What we are looking for in a candidate…
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and thrive in a team environment
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing workloads to meet tight deadlines
* Proactive and collaborative approach to achieving challenging deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to all levels of the business and keep stakeholders informed
* Exceptional spelling and grammar
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Shopify Plus and Creative Force is advantageous
* Copywriting skills with experience using AI tools would be beneficial
