We are excited to announce that we have a multi-site Line Chef role available in our flagship Newcastle store. This role will support all of our restaurants and therefore a successful candidate must be comfortable with working across multiple kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in multiple cuisines without having to travel to different locations as all of our restaurants are within our store.
Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.

What do we look for?
- Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie is preferable.
- A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
- Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
- Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
